On the market for 727 days, the Wilton Uno’s has finally been sold for $1.14 million. Sanjay Enterprises, which formerly owned Ponderosa Steakhouse in Amsterdam, sold the property at 3008 Route 50 to Ambica III LLC. The restaurant will remain Uno’s and will undergo renovations soon.
