Rockabella, the besequined boutique at 10 Lake Ave., changed hands over the summer. Former store manager Christine Goutos of Saratoga Springs, 24, bought the business from Jackie Szurek in July. Goutos is enthusiastically making the shop her own by adding casual wear to the stock of formal dresses and gowns. She is also adding blazers, jackets, and casual accessories.

"This is a girly dress shop," Goutos says. "You can buy an outfit for a gala, the prom, the office, and even school here. You can create a whole ensemble and wear it home."

Rockabella first opened its doors on Broadway in 2007 and moved to Lake Avenue last spring.
