Ballston Spa - Charles Wait Jr. visited the Saratoga County Fairgrounds to see first hand the new Adirondack Trust Company sponsored Horse Barn. This new 8,000 square foot building stables up to 40 horses visiting the Fairgrounds for competition at the Fair, and is used for storage off season as part of the Fairgrounds winter storage program. It was built in the Spring of 2015 along with two other new buildings, and was used for the first time at the 2015 Saratoga County Fair. The Adirondack Trust Company donated $25,000 to the Saratoga County Agricultural Society to support the construction of the new barn.

As proud supporters of this initiative we are happy to see it embrace one of The Adirondack Trust Company’s core values, encouraging the economic growth of the communities it serves. The Saratoga County Fair is a beloved annual tradition for families and it drives tourists to Saratoga County and its surrounding areas. With this new Horse Barn, together, we can uphold the legacy of Saratoga horse competitions and racing throughout our area.” – Charles Wait Jr.
