Slugger’s Den, an indoor baseball/softball training facility, has moved into the Price Chopper Plaza at 175 Ballston Ave. The facility is part of Brian Miller’s Soul Center, situated where Blockbuster movies used to be. In this 10,000-square-foot space, various businesses now offer fitness, wellness, sports and art under one roof, as per Miller’s vision.

Slugger’s Den fits right in, featuring three state-of-the-art tunnels and major-league-quality pitching machines, as well as individualized instruction for players from T-ball to college age. The staff will use a variety of teaching methods and programs designed for a player's specific age, skill level and goals, creating a positive environment in which every player can excel.

Slugger’s Den also offers team rentals, tunnel rentals, pitching and hitting clinics, strength and agility training, online tunnel reservations, private and group lessons, birthday parties, holiday break camps, power yoga for baseball and the Little Sluggers development program.

Staff consults closely with parents and guardians regarding training plans, programs and progress.
