Delicious new choices at Sperry’s
Sperry’s
fall menu has debuted, and the exciting new appetizer additions include a
Hudson Valley lobster bisque with essence of vanilla, ginger and green apple;
an autumn salad with arugula, burrata, caramelized figs, spicy pine nuts, and rosemary
balsamic; and a crispy Thai pork belly with sweet potato silk and soy brown butter
glaze. For entrées, the restaurant has added a braised lamb shank with a chermoula
rub, as well as new preparations for the jumbo diver sea scallops, salmon, and duck.
For dessert, Sperry’s offers a duet of cheesecake (maple and pumpkin); a pear
and almond frangipane tart; and a warm apple and cranberry crisp.
Also,
the Dine by 6 Prix Fixe menu has returned. To take advantage of this offer,
guests must be seated by 6 p.m. A three-course menu
will be offered every Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 6
p.m.
for $20.12. There are four appetizer and four entrée choices, as well as two dessert
selections. Sperry’s regular menu will also be available.
