After 10 years, Route 7 Grill has passed the baton to Christophe Jalbert, who has served as Chef for the past two years and is now the owner. He is knowledgeable, passionate about every plate that is served and a great cook. Christophe will now have two restaurant options in the space, Preservation Society, which successfully launched this summer to great acclaim. The new P.S. Italian Bistro will feature amazing handmade pastas as well as delicious farm-to-table favorites (menu below). We encourage you to try it out!
