announced the promotion of Lynn E. Schwartz to Principal.

 Lynn E. Schwartz concentrates her practice in the area of U.S. immigration law, representing

corporate clients seeking to acquire temporary work permits or permanent resident status for

foreign nationals, as well as individuals seeking family-based permanent resident status.  She

has secured temporary work visas for foreign citizens of extraordinary ability (including those in

the fashion and entertainment industry, physicians and others), as well as investors,

multinational managers/executives, workers with specialized knowledge, and those in specialty

occupations. Ms. Schwartz also handles applications for naturalization and family-based

immigration petitions, including same-sex marriage green cards.

Ms. Schwartz’s background in general corporate law has been instrumental to her business

immigration practice.  She has assisted clients with all aspects of business and corporate law,

including the formation of new entities, drafting corporate documents and agreements, and

securing 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
