Saratoga has a new garage, and what better way to celebrate more parking downtown than to party on the roof? Thurs., Oct. 18, the city and the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce are hosting a free event on the deck of the 6 Woodlawn Ave. parking garage. From 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Garland Nelson Ensemble will provide music, and community donations will give food, water, and soda to the party-goers.
