The Crown Grill has launched its summer menu featuring favorites including: grilled rack of lamb, filet mignon, oven roasted sea bass, homemade strawberry shortcake and more. It will also be highlighting classic and craft cocktails, including their Manhattan’s, Old Fashioneds, Signature Saratoga Mule and Special 2015 Triple Crown Cocktail; an homage to American Pharoah’s Triple Crown win. This is in addition to their Wine Spectator Award Winning wine list, craft beers and cold pressed “juicetails” made with fresh juice from Saratoga Juice Bar.
“We are happy to announce that we are going back to two separate kitchens and menus in order to best accommodate seasonal volume and guest preferences. We are excited that we were able to work out of one kitchen during the long winter but it is time to go back to the tried and true - two restaurants with their own unique identities,” owner Christel MacLean stated in a press release.
