Saratoga Springs - Three Vines Bistro,  an upscale Casual and contemporary Bistro is Saratoga’s newest edition to the Culinary Scene and will celebrate its grand opening on Monday June 1, 2015 from 4pm-6pm with a ribbon cutting ceremony, entertainment, hors d'oeuvres and special priced cocktails.

Three Vines Bistro opened it’s doors on October 1, 2014 and was well received by many locals and travelers from around the country. The name “Three Vines Bistro” is derived from three brother in laws Joe Krason, Sous Chef, Serafino Zaccone, Executive Chef  and Alex Nikola, Executive Pastry Chef. The Three Vines stand for their connection, and the bond they share outside of these walls. In the Italian culture, Families came together to share meals, stories, laughs, tears and life with each other. Their family ties will show in each dish you will taste along with a warm ambience and friendly outgoing service.

Three Vines Bistro opens  at 4:30 p.m. seven days a week. Our “Attitude Adjustment Hour” from 4:30-6:30  daily is a 2for1 on our Beer, House Wines and Well Drinks in our Meetball Room. We offer many nightly features in addition to our menu, along with Live Entertainment Tuesday and Thursday from  5:30-8:30.
