TROY>>The YWCA of the Greater Capital Region, Inc. (YWCA-GCR), the largest women’s housing facility in Rensselaer County, announced today that it has officially launched a new website (www.ywca-gcr.org). The website was donated completely free of charge from Troy Web Consulting.
“Troy Web was very happy to support the YWCA-GCR. As a local business we are able to see firsthand the tremendous impact the YWCA-GCR has in improving the lives of so many women and children in need,” said Mark Poskanzer, Director of Sales and Marketing, Troy Web Consulting. The new YWCA-GCR website offers a clean, modern design, easy-to-navigate functionality, and a mobile friendly, content-rich site experience. It includes a blog to keep visitors up-to-date on the organization’s latest’s news and events, and the ability to make a donation with a single click of the mouse. The new website also provides a direct links to YWCA-GCR’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ywca.gcr), where organizational news and updates appear on a regular basis.
"We are so grateful to Troy Web Consulting for their time, flexibility, high-quality service performance, and amazing staff for creating our new website,” says YWCA-GCR Executive Director, Daquetta Jones. Our website is now fully in compliance with branding requirements, much more user friendly, more appealing to our audience, and allows complete agency oversight.
