The Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc. (CIREB) installed the 2015 Board of Directors during the 48th Annual Installation of Officers and Directors reception held at the Shaker Ridge Country Club in Latham.
Al Picchi, Vice President & General Manager for the Capital Region offices of RealtyUSA, performed the swearing in ceremony for newly elected CIREB President, Jessica Richer, RealtyUSA. Richer is a member of the New York State Association of Realtors, the Greater Capital Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Richer, who has been a Commercial Realtor for 14 years, is the fourth woman to serve as President of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc.
Other officers and directors were sworn in by CIREB Past President and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, REALTORS® principal broker, Richard Ferro.
