New wine tasting room in Saratoga Springs

Halfmoon Cellars is a wine tasting room that opened about two months ago at 24 Caroline St. in Saratoga Springs. Owned by John Reyes and Alison Bauder of Halfmoon, the wines are made in Albany with grapes imported from California.
The store is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
On Wednesday, tasting host Crystal Sylvester was with Fred and Beth Muhleman of Canandaigua, a community ironically in the heart of New York state's wine country. Here they are:
