Bettie's Cakes on Broadway in Saratoga Springs has closed after five years. According to a sign posted on the front door, its last day was Aug. 31.
The letter cites the massive reconstruction of the Adelphi Hotel as the reason for the business closing. The letter says "we are very excited for what is to come for them."
According to the post, there are no plans to relocate that this time.
