Greenhouse: A Chopped Salad Company now open in Saratoga Springs

Greenhouse: A Chopped Salad Company began serving tasty meals in Albany eight years ago. Greenhouse is happy to announce that with the addition of Louis Casale Jr. and cousin Steven Casale, the family business is expanding to its newest location at Market Center, 33 Railroad Pl. in downtown Saratoga.

With the expansion of their business, owners Carmine and Louis Casale are staying true to their original philosophy. Their adamant belief was that business should be operated from the customer’s point of view. By offering the freshest variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads and homemade dressings created from original recipes, the Casales believe that every customer who sets foot in their restaurant should be served in a timely and personable manner. Greenhouse says it has the menu to bring you in and the portions to fill you up!

Menu choices include the Gotham salad with iceberg, grilled marinated chicken, Black Forest ham, beets, Applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, egg, imported Swiss cheese and recommended Russian dressing; and the Mexicali salad with mesculin mix, grilled Cajun chicken, avocados, corn, red onions, tomatoes, white beans, green peppers, Vermont cheddar cheese and recommended jalapeno ranch dressing.
