The uniquely named 23rd [and fourth] is moving into quarters at One Franklin Square. Behind the elegant white pillars of the historic building will be furniture, gifts, and accessories, some of which you can see on the store’s Facebook site. The business also offers interior design services, which are available now, according to owner Janet Longe. She plans to open the store later in the fall.
