SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saratoga Springs native Lisa Alden announced on Friday, July 8, that she will be opening Fiat Feminae Lingerie Boutique at 489 Broadway this summer.

Before the official grand opening, Alden will host an exclusive “first peak” event at 9 a.m. on Friday, July 22 at the store’s Broadway location. The event will give guests the opportunity to have an insider look at Fiat Feminae’s exclusive European collections as well as designer brands that have been featured on the hit CW TV show Gossip Girl.

In addition to carrying bras, underwear and other intimate wear, the boutique will also feature a unique line of shape wear and corsets. 

“My passion is to empower women by encouraging them to embrace their sensuality,” Alden said in a recent statement announcing the new store’s sneak peak event. 

A long-time resident of Saratoga Springs, Alden hopes that her boutique will help expand the blossoming sector of businesses owned and managed by women on Broadway.
