The Starting Gate Bar and Grill welcomes new head Chef:

For years the Starting Gate Bar & Grill has offered Saratoga locals a tasty selection of top-notch pub-grub and nightly entertainment that keeps customers coming back for more. Keeping with tradition, the restaurant recently welcomed Saratoga Springs resident John 'Jack' Cogan to fill the position of head Chef. As the former owner of The Hub Club on Church Street, Cogan is no stranger to the Saratoga dining and entertainment scene. The Starting Gate welcomes Cogan and expects he will uphold tradition while also bringing new ideas and experience to the table (literal and metaphorical). Welcome Jack!
