SARATOGA SPRINGS – Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company has hired Patrick Shafer as Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of its West Avenue Office.

In this role, Mr. Shafer will oversee operations and develop banking relationships for the branch at 91 West Avenue in Saratoga Springs.

Mr. Shafer joins Saratoga National with eight years of banking experience. He has an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College.
