In support of Governor Cuomo’s and Agriculture Commissioner Ball’s initiative to support regional wineries and breweries, the Saratoga County Fair has contracted with Ledge Rock Hill Winery in northern Saratoga County, and Olde Saratoga Brewing Company  in Saratoga Springs to offer the only private labeled “Fair” wines and beer in New York State. 

            The Saratoga County Fair Green Apple Blanc (a Crisp, crunchy green apple flavor with a light initial tartness and sweet finish) and Black Beauty (Pleasantly sweet and bursting with blackberry flavor) are both fruit infused white wines,  while the Judges Stand Ale is medium in body and pale in color, with slight hop bitterness, making them perfect refreshments on a hot summer day. 

            These are offered only by the glass in the Live Music Pavilion, and only during Fair week. We hope you have the opportunity to experience these products by two fine Saratoga County enterprises.
