Berkshire Bank Expands its Retail Banking Capital District Team with New Regional Manager
Berkshire Bank is excited to announce that Carin Urban has been hired Vice President, Regional Branch Manager, Capital North. In this position, Urban will be responsible for Capital District, New York branch locations including Albany –Wolf Road, Clifton Park, Colonie, Glenville, Halfmoon, Ilion, Johnstown, Latham, Little Falls, Loudonville, Niskayuna, Rotterdam, and Sanford Farms. She will be based out of Berkshire’s Capital District Regional Headquarters at 41 State Street, Albany, NY.
Urban will manage the Capital North region retail banking team, providing a high level of expertise, advocacy and a complete suite of financial services. She has twenty-two years of financial services experience including branch operations, sales execution, customer service and employee growth and development. Prior to coming to Berkshire, she worked for Key Bank as Vice President, Area Retail Leader, where she directed daily operations for thirteen retail locations, including branch sales and business development. Urban is a board member of Girls Inc. and member of The 100 Women of St. Jude.
