SARATOGA SPRINGS>> Three Vines Bistro, an upscale casual and contemporary bistro located at 32 Congress St. in Saratoga Springs, celebrated its grand opening on Monday with a ribbon cutting ceremony, entertainment, hors d'oeuvres and special priced cocktails.

Three Vines Bistro opened it’s doors on October 1, 2014 and was well received by many locals and travelers from around the country. 

The name “Three Vines Bistro” is derived from three brother in laws Joe Krason, Sous Chef, Serafino Zaccone, Executive Chef  and Alex Nikola, Executive Pastry Chef. The Three Vines stand for their connection, and the bond they share outside of the restaurant's walls. 

In the Italian culture, families come together to share meals, stories, laughs, tears and life with each other. Their family ties will show in each dish you will taste along with a warm ambiance and friendly outgoing service.

Three Vines Bistro opens at 4:30 p.m., seven days a week. 

“Attitude Adjustment Hour,” held from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. daily features a two-for-one special on beer, house wines and well drinks. 

Three Vines Bistro offers many nightly features in addition to its regular menu, along with live entertainment from 5:30-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.
