SARATOGA SPRINGS>> The Pavilion Grand Hotel in downtown Saratoga Springs has just turned one year old in May.  The Pavilion Grand Hotel combines with Independent businesses, Mingle on the Avenue and All Good Things…Spa | Yoga | Juice Bar to celebrate this very special event.  The Hotel will celebrate by offering a special promotion each Sunday during May and into June.  Each of the businesses will be celebrating their First Anniversary in different ways and all are coming together to mark this special occasion.
