Saratoga Juice Bar announceD the first round winners of their inaugural "Create Your Own Juice" contest. “We were so overwhelmed with responses and terrific  juice recipe submissions that 4 juices were chosen for the juice special instead of the two originally planned,” says Andy Scullin, Manager of Saratoga Juice Bar.

Starting Nov.10, The two juices that will compete during the first week are "Lawnmower" created by Adam Kissick. Ingredients for the juice include Kale, Spinach, Wheatgrass, Cucumber and Mint. The second juice special running during the same week is "The Apostrophe" by Scott Forrest. The ingredients for this juice are Beet, Sweet Potato, Orange, Celery and Lemon.

Starting Monday, Nov. 17, Saratoga Juice Bar will feature the next set of juices chosen: "Pineapple Gingery Mojito" created by Charlene Baron. Ingredients for this juice include Pineapple, Ginger, Apple, Cucumber, Mint. The second juice running that week is "Avenue of the Pines" by Sarah Kaplan, which features a blend of Mango, Pineapple, Spinach and Lemon.

Saratoga Juice Bar will tally sales for each juice and the winner will be the juice with the most sales during the one week period. That juice will be offered for sale during the entire month of December. Saratoga Juice Bar will make custom labels featuring the winning juice and its creator. The winner will be announced on Nov.24^, 2014.
