The Downtown Troy Retail Restaurant Council is holding a special promotion this Nov. 29 for Small Business Saturday.

All who purchase an "enjoy troy." tote bag, available for $3 at participating businesses that day, will receive an extra discount or promotion on that day. Deals will vary with each business. More than 200 bags are being screen printed early next week for the event. Inside each bag will be a list of the downtown businesses participating. At least 10 businesses will participate.
