Saturday and Sunday Brunch at The Crown Grill

 The Crown Grill has announced the start of brunch service every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 2:30pm. Brunch offerings will include favorites like Baguette French Toast with a choice of maple, coconut or fruit syrup; the Crown Benedict – eggs benedict with 5 versions to choose from (ham, bacon, portobella mushroom, smoked salmon or Maryland crab cake; the oversized and fluffy German Apple Pancake; Prime Rib Hash with Poached Eggs and Horseradish Hollandaise; Cheddar Jalapeno Grits as well as a wide selection of additional sweet and savory brunch selections, sandwiches, salads and pasta specials. Kids are not forgotten on this menu with “Mickey Mouse” pancakes and a Nutella topping as just one choice.

Most unique is the Crown Grill brunch cocktail list with “Juicetails” from Saratoga Juice Bar. “We created five specialty cocktails using fresh cold pressed juice from Saratoga Juice Bar for our New Year’s Day Brunch and we were amazed by the positive feedback,” says Christel MacLean, co-owner. “One of the top sellers was the Saratoga Detox Mimosa which includes the cold pressed juice in the Saratoga Detoxjuice sold at Saratoga Juice Bar- Pineapple, Carrot, Orange and Ginger juices topped with Prosecco,” she added. Another favorite is the Going Green Mary with Stoli Hot, Crop Cucumber Vodka, Going Green juice (Spinach, Kale, Cucumber, Celery, Romaine, Pear, Lemon), Tabasco, Black Pepper and Celery Salt. Other brunch cocktails include traditional favorites and Crown Grill exclusives.

The Crown Grill is open 7 days a week serving dinner nightly from 4:30pm. Happy Hour is Monday through Friday 4-6pm. Brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday until 2:30. Sunday evenings feature “Chef’sSunday Supper” a $25 3-course Prix Fixe dinner menu. The regular dinner menu is also served.
