The uniquely named 23rd [and Fourth] store is opening at One Franklin Square in Saratoga Springs. Owner Janet Longe will hold a ribbon-cutting at 10 a.m. Nov. 20.
Behind the elegant white pillars of the historic building, shoppers will find furniture, gifts and accessories, some of which can be seen on the store’s Facebook site.
