Man o' War restaurant to offer lunch specials and entertainment at Fasig-Tipton this August

SARATOGA SPRINGS Beginning Friday, August 5, the Man o' War restaurant will open a temporary branch at the Fasig-Tipton Sale Pavillion located on the corner of East and Madison Avenues in Saratoga Springs.
Named after the legendary racehorse who lost only one race in his career in 1919 at Saratoga Race Course, the Man o' War restaurant will offer an la carte lunch menu, extended dining on sales nights during the Fasig-Tipton Select Yearling Sales week and post-racing refreshments and live entertainment on select dates.

Located less than half a mile from the track, Fasig-Tipton attracts racing enthusiasts every season for its variety of art exhibits and for its annual thoroughbred sales week in the Humphrey S. Finney Pavillion.

Mazzone Hospitality Owner Angelo Mazzone announced the plans for the Man o' War restaurant today stating, “Saratoga is the summer place to be and we’re honored to contribute to the experience with great food, atmosphere and live entertainment at historic Fasig-Tipton.”
Specific dates for dining specials and entertainment at Man o' War are as follows:
  • Lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. from Friday, August 5 to Saturday, August 14.
  • Lunch from 11 a.m., until after the sales at Fasig-Tipton on August 8-9 (Saratoga Select Yearlings) and August 13-14 (New York Bred Yearlings).
