Seminar series on starting a new business launches for 10th year
Clifton Park – The Chamber of Southern Saratoga County is launching StartUp Smart, a series of seven seminars starting on April 16. The StartUp Smart program provides connections to local experts in the fields of business law, marketing, insurance and finance who provide vital information filled with practical tips and strategies that you can apply immediately in your own business. Each seminar starts with registration at 7:45 a.m. and concludes at 9 a.m. on consecutive Thursdays.
Sponsored by SEFCU, StartUp Smart is included as part of the Chamber Veterans’ Entrepreneurial Training Program (V.E.T). Military Veterans who have started their business within the past 12 months can receive a complimentary one-year Chamber membership and FREE tuition to the series.
The seminar series included Business Planning 101, Strategic Marketing Planning, Financing Options, Digital Communication, Legal Issues and The Small Business, Saes and Networking Training and Mindset for Success.All seminars programs will be held at the Chamber office in Clifton Park. The cost for the seven-week series is $125. You do not have to be a member to participate – the series is open to the public.
