Tavern Noodle pop-up restaurant returns to Troy

Ramen concept to take over Peck’s Arcade for Troy Restaurant Week
TROY – Troy Restaurant Week 2015 will be taking place Monday, Sept. 14 - Sunday, Sept. 20, throughout the Collar City.
Peck’s Arcade, a casual fine dining restaurant typically open Wednesdays – Saturdays at 211 Broadway, will step aside for Troy Restaurant Week for the return of Tavern Noodle, a pop-up ramen noodle concept which sold out of all product quickly in two December 2014 openings.
Chef Nick Ruscitto, who oversees the kitchens for both Peck’s Arcade & Lucas Confectionery in Troy, has developed the menu for the pop-up’s return. “The goal of Tavern Noodle is to have fun and create an exciting dining environment, and hope that patrons enjoy it as much as we do. We look at Troy Restaurant Week like a blank canvas; as an opportunity to test out some new ideas,” Ruscitto said in a press release.
Tavern Noodle will feature an array of Asian Soul Food dishes, including hot noodles, small plates and steamed buns. The four-day pop-up will be taking place from Wednesday, Sept.16 through Saturday, Sept. 19, beginning at 5 p.m. each night, at 211 Broadway in Troy. Reservations will not be accepted.
