They are 100% committed in teaching the complete craft of bartending and providing the ultimate training to become a knowledgeable, professional, fast and efficient bartender.  Peck's Arcade 217 Broadway Peck's Arcade originally opened in 1883 as a department store. Today, the space is the home of the new Peck's Arcade, a casual fine dining restaurant. The menu is a mix of small plates, pasta, and entrees, much of which is vegetarian and pescatarian friendly. The first floor consists of the dining room, while the second floor is a cocktail bar and lounge area.
