CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (January 2, 2015) -- Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company has appointed Perry Foster to Assistant Vice President and Clifton Park Branch Manager.

In this role, Mr. Foster will oversee operations at the Clifton Park Office. He joins Saratoga National with eight years of banking experience in the Capital Region.

Mr. Foster is studying Business Management at Empire State College and has FINRA Series 6 and 63 security licenses, as well as life/accident/health insurance licenses for New York State. Active in the community, he is Vice President of the Tre Foundation, which provides financial and legal education services to start-up nonprofit organizations.
