Nibble Inc., an old fashioned donut eatery at the corner of 5th and Broadway, is expected to open this Saturday (Sept. 27), said co-owner Michael Cunningham.

The business, located in the former Francesca's Cafe, could possibly be doing an Open House at this month's Troy Night Out and then open to serve food on Saturday. If that does not pan out, Cunningham expected the storefront to open early next week.

The new business was announced in early August.

Hours are expected to be 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.
