Two longtime area fitness professionals will be celebrating very special anniversaries in what some might consider an unusual circumstance.  My Gym Fitness Center, celebrating 25 years, and Total Body Trifecta Fitness Studio, celebrating 17 years, share one location in Carousel Village Plaza, Ballston Spa.

Rather than compete for clients, owners Mark Boudreau and Mary Anne Fantauzzi teamed up two years ago in a partnership that builds on each other's complementary specializations.  The formula works because clients at the 2100 Route 50 location across from Ocean State Job Lot benefit from Boudreau's expertise in personal training and program design and Fantauzzi's expertise in group fitness and ballet workout classes.  

A special anniversary one year special will be offered for one day, Sunday November 16th from 6am-1pm, $25 down and $25 per month for new and past members.  Anyone who joins has the option of either a gym only membership or an unlimited group fitness class membership.  In addition, Fantauzzi will teach a free Trifecta Mix class from 9:15-10:30am.
