If you believe what you read, Saratoga Springs is getting a new liquor store. The sign above the former longtime location of Walton's sport shop at 59 Lake Ave. reads: Kane's Fine Wine and Spirits. Walton's has moved up the road onto Maple Avenue (AKA Route 9).
