SARATOGA SPRINGS - This "for rent" sign has haunted the window of the vacant retail space on the corner of Broadway and Caroline Street for months. The 438 Broadway location, previously home to Saratoga Guitar, has been empty since the beginning of the year, but on a stroll through town today this sign caught my eye. Looks like this "prime retail space" is finally reopening as Jude Connally, a designer boutique featuring comfy chic dresses and tops.
